Note to Self: Don't wear turquoise sequined hats to tennis matches.

I saw this lovely fashion icon on Saturday at the tennis tournament in Palm Springs. I had the pleasure of viewing the fashionista while napping on a grassy knoll as well as during a match. 

Ma'am, sequined hats are not a good choice anytime, but especially not during sunny tennis matches. They are distracting to the tennis players and spectators.

Note to Self: Don't wear Statue of Liberty costumes when wandering the streets of San Diego.

We went down to SD for Natalie's birthday and came across this funny sight. Why would you wear a Statue of Liberty costume while walking the streets of San Diego? Random!

Note to Self: Don't wear matching dresses to weddings.

We went to a wedding today and there were 2 women wearing the same dress! To make it worse, they were sitting at tables that were right next to each other!

Note to Self: Don't wear Shiny Purple Leggings

I went to Pinkberry on Wednesday and there was a girl there who (in my opinion) was committing a major fashion no-no. She was wearing shiny purple leggings and a beret. I immediately knew that she must have purchased her fashion faux pa from American Apparel...known for their comfy simple tees and out of control random stuff they loop into the category of clothing.
I hope this girl doesn't ever find my blog...if she does, then I hope she realizes how lame she looked that day and never wears that crap again. :)

I love the fashion at dog shows. The ring steward at the show today was wearing a leopard and zebra sequined hat! Who does that?!?!?!

Bargain Shopper!

Let me start by saying that I absolutely hate going to Nordstrom Rack, TJ Max, and Ross because I like possible clothing to be organized. I don't like to search through racks to only find junky stuff.
I have had $200 worth of Nordstrom gift cards since Christmas. I have gone to Nordstrom at least 6 times without finding anything. I decided to take a risk and go to Nordstrom Rack. I was pleasantly surprised! I walked in and within about 20 minutes I had 12 items to take to the dressing room. Super cute stuff from Ella Moss, SFAM, Theory, etc. I was shocked at the amount of good stuff I found. I bought 3 items and used up all but $1 of my gift cards! I'm a great shopper! Here is the loot...

I found a Theory top that retails for $190 for $49!


I also found a pair of Sevens that retail for $160 for $99!


And a pair of BCBGirls shoes that retail for $85 for $30! (I have been searching for navy flats and I finally found some!)

This man was the ring steward at the dog show this weekend. He was freaking sweet! He had on shiny cowboy boots, a bolo tie, sweet glasses and a cowboy hat! I looked at him more than I looked at the dogs!

Note To Self: Don't Wear Too Much Green

We went to the races today and I discovered a very bad fashion no-no. This woman was wearing a lot of green and St. Patty's Day flair. It was so not cute.
"Hey Lady! Liam the Leprechaun called. He wants his flair back!"

Crocs and other bad trends...
